COPS DON'T BUY 'EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA' DEFENSE

COLLIER COUNTY: 'Explosive diarrhea' was the excuse a 42-year-old man gave to a deputy for being naked inside his truck in a Walmart parking. It all happened after two different women accused him of exposing his penis while in plain view.
Monday, the two women called the Collier County Sheriff's Office to report that a man had exposed himself while they were walking to their car at the Super Walmart in North Naples, located at 5420 Juliet Boulevard.
They explained the man had stood up inside the truck and showed them him penis. They also stated that he was moving his lips back and forth as if he wanted them to see it, according to the arrest report.
The report states the women also said they were afraid the man was going to jump out and possibly rape or kidnap them.
When the deputy arrived, he found the Chevy box truck described by the two women and stated he could hear a lot of noise coming from the inside, according to the arrest report.
The deputy said he shined his flashlight into the truck as he walked around it and saw a naked man inside.
After seeing the man, he kept asking him to come out with his hands up. The report states that when the man finally came out, he was dripping with sweat, wearing ripped shorts and no shirt.
The deputy was quickly able to identify him as David Napodano, of 201 Ivan Avenue North in Lehigh Acres.
When Napodano was asked why he was naked in the truck, he told the deputy he had ‘explosive diarrhea.' But according to the report, the deputy said Napodano's story did not add up.
The deputy on the scene stated there was no evidence of uncontrolled bowels and said even if there was; it wouldn't have taken so long to clean it up. The deputy also pointed out in the arrest report that Napodano could have easily used the bathroom inside the Walmart.
The arrest report states Napodano was taken into custody on charges of exposure of sexual organs and was taken to the Collier County Jail
