Doug Goyen worked for GEICO insurance in their claims department before law school and worked there and for other insurance companies during law school.
Doug Goyen married to Laurie Goyen in 1990, and they have two sons. They live in Plano, Texas, with their children attending public schools in the Plano Independent School District.
