Jamie McGrady is the Director of the Federal Defenders for the District of Alaska. She represents defendants charged with serious felonies in United States District Court. Jamie covers Southeast Alaska and travels frequently to smaller communities throughout the state. Jamie is also a board member and past President of the Federal Bar Association, Alaskans Against the Death Penalty, and is a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jamie previously worked as the sole consultant for Westlaw for the state of Alaska and as an Assistant Public Defender for the State of Alaska. She attended the University of New Mexico School of Law.
