German Yusufov is a debt relief and bankruptcy attorney. He began his legal career in Tucson as a litigator, representing individuals and businesses in all legal disputes. The cases Mr. Yusufov handled ranged from contract disputes, personal injury, employment discrimination, and civil rights cases to complex breach of fiduciary duty cases and medical malpractice. Having thus acquired extensive litigation experience, Mr. Yusufov then concentrated on bankruptcy, property taxation, and foreclosure-related matters.

Before establishing Yusufov Law Firm, Mr. Yusufov represented creditors in Bankruptcy courts throughout the United States. He was involved in hundreds of cases, ranging from personal bankruptcies of individuals and families to the bankruptcies of major national and international corporations. Because of the breadth of his experience, Mr. Yusufov can help individuals and businesses facing financial difficulties regardless of the complexity of their cases or the nature of their financial problems. 

Mr. Yusufov received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Arizona and graduated from University High School in Tucson, Arizona. Mr. Yusufov is also a former Deputy Pima County Attorney.
