John R. Hudson is a 1987 graduate of the University Of Arkansas School of Law, and was a member of the Arkansas Law Review. His case note, Stifft’s Jewelers v. Oliver: The Tacit Agreement Test – Arkansas Clings to a Dinosaur, was published in 1987. He is a former adjunct professor at the University Of Arkansas School of Law, and he has offered his experience and knowledge in Domestic Relations law as a guest lecturer for the National Business Institute.
