More About Kristy E. Boehler

Kristy E. Boehler is a partner with the Law Group of Northwest Arkansas LLP. After growing up on a working row crop and cattle farm, Kristy has naturally focused her practice in agricultural and food law matters.

Kristy graduated from Drake University in 2007, cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science and Law, Politics, and Society. In 2011, Kristy received her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Arkansas Law Review and authored Poultry Growers in Arkansas: Agents or Independent Contractors?, 63 Ark. L. Rev. 849 (2010).  Kristy also has a Master of Laws degree in Agricultural and Food Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law Graduate Program.

Upon completion of the LL.M. program, Kristy  authored The Evolution of Animal Identification in Beef Cattle, 91 Neb. L. Rev. 567 (2013). Kristy assisted in authoring the following articles: Kristy Boehler and Vince Chadick, The Standard is Set: Hershey Stipulations to Melt Away?, Eighth Circuit Bar Association, Summer 2013, at 3; Angie Albright with contributions by K.C. Kristy is licensed in Arkansas, Missouri, and Virginia, and she is admitted to practice before the federal courts in Arkansas and Missouri. Kristy’s practice involves representing small businesses to large corporate clients in all aspects of their business, with a specific focus on employment defense.
