Ashley Naramore is a Hot Springs native focusing her practice on estate planning, probate, wills, trusts, guardianships and business formation. After graduating valedictorian from Lakeside High School, she attended the University of Arkansas. Ashley earned her B.A. (psychology) degree in 2005 and her J.D. (law) degree in 2008 from the U of A, where she graduated with high honors. Her article, An Ambiguous Clarification: How Burlington v. White’s Resolution of a Circuit Split Creates Uncertainty in the Eighth Circuit, was published in the Arkansas Law Review.

Ashley began her legal career in Little Rock where she served as a law clerk for two circuit judges before finding her professional calling in the estate planning area of law. To further enhance her knowledge and best serve her clients, she pursued a Master’s in Law in Elder Law and Estate Planning and earned her LL.M. from Western New England University School of Law in 2012.

Ashley and her husband decided to return home to their roots in 2011. Ashley joined the Baim Law Firm as an associate attorney. Ashley is member of multiple professional and civic organizations and was selected through the Hot Springs Sentinel Record Reader’s Choice Awards as one of the best attorneys in Hot Springs four years in a row. Ashley enjoys sharing her passion for the law and speaking about estate planning topics to groups of all sizes.

Ashley strives to provide the highest level of legal representation to her clients through prompt communication, engaged listening, goal setting, creative thinking and compassionate advocacy.
