The Practice
For nearly the past twenty years, Dustin Duke has fought for those in his community who need someone in their corner the most. His work as an attorney in non-profit Legal Services instilled in him a passion for helping underserved and marginalized people who deserve fair representation in all legal matters, specifically in Elder Law, Probate, Civil Rights, Landlord-Tenant dispute, and Family Law.
Dustin has spent his legal career helping people in need. He believes in keeping his clients well informed and updated throughout the legal process. Dustin understands that a good line of communication with clients is necessary to ensure that expectations and needs are met. He works to ensure his clients understand their options and are well educated before helping them make decisions with their legal problems, whether that is planning an estate, probating an estate, or helping a loved one planning to pay for nursing home care, or protecting a loved one through a guardianship.
A resident of Little Rock, Dustin’s background in public service has honed his passion for protecting the rights of our community’s vulnerable populations. His motivation and energy for practicing law is to help be a voice for the underrepresented Arkansans he considers neighbors and friends.
The Personal
Dustin lives in Little Rock with his dog Mordecai, a rowdy German Shepard-Lab mix. In his free time he likes to dabble in photography, read, and play the guitar – although he has no plans to pursue a record deal. Dustin also enjoys exploring Arkansas’s state parks and walking Mordecai.
The Professional
Dustin is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Dustin got his undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Broadcasting. While in school, Dustin was involved in various student organizations and helped start a student newspaper, The Campus Voice. Dustin is licensed to practice in Arkansas state courts, including Arkansas trial courts, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, and Arkansas Supreme Court. He is also licensed in the Federal District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He represents clients in courtrooms across Arkansas. Dustin is a past recipient of the Arkansas Bar Association’s Equal Justice Distinguished Service Award and the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission’s Champion of Justice Award.
