More About Brandon M. Haubert

Brandon Haubert is a top-rated bankruptcy attorney here in North Little Rock (rated one of the Top 40 Under 40 by The National Advocates); he and the team at whLaw can do it all.

WhLaw concentrates in several practice areas, ranging from bankruptcy to family law. Whether you are looking for a bankruptcy lawyer or need guidance in other practice areas, you can expect a passionate team of lawyers, like Brandon Haubert, who is prepared to help you.

Co founder Brandon Haubert has been working in the central Arkansas community for years. With a history in business, Brandon applies his knowledge of professional and personal relationships to his clients and serve them the best way possible.

Brandon grew up in Clarksville, Arkansas. There, he learned the most fundamental parts of lawyering: how to work hard, work smart, and work out problems with other people. Although he picked up the rest in law school and the first years of his practice, he firmly believes that what makes him an excellent advocate is what he learned growing up.

Before enrolling in law school, Brandon attended Arkansas Technical College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in business. Taking critical points from the business perspective he’d learned, Brandon applies many of the same to his practice today, where he emphasizes efficiency, excels in customer service, and practices effective communication. He believes he serves his clients best when the firm is running like a well-oiled machine—much like a business.

After graduating from Arkansas Technical College, Brandon went on to law school. There, he received Honors upon graduating with his Master’s in Business Administration. During his years there, Brandon built an excellent reputation with the members of the legal community when he clerked for the Arkansas Attorney General, Federal Public Defender, and various other firms in Little Rock. Going forward, Brandon successfully built his reputation around these essential relationships and reputation he has for honesty, sincerity, and care.

Three days after passing the Bar exam, Brandon co-founded whLaw. It was a process to get the firm off the ground, but looking back, Brandon wouldn’t do anything differently.

Today, he handles estate planning and probate, as well as litigation issues that accompany these fields. He also works on criminal defense and bankruptcy. He feels unique in his ability to wear both of these hats since most lawyers either want to draft the trust or fight the trust—but Brandon can do both.

With a lifetime full of experience excelling in building relationships and helping those around him, Brandon is excited about the future of whLaw. As the firm continues to grow, he hopes to serve more people better than ever before.
