For more than two decades, attorney Lyn Dodson has provided skilled representation to clients in the courtroom and at the negotiating table. She has been named to Thomson Reuters’ list of Top 50 Women Lawyers in Georgia since 2016, is an eight-time Legal Elite honoree, and holds a 10/10 rating from Avvo. Lyn is also AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a distinction that represents the highest level of ethics and ability in the practice of law as determined via peer review.
Today, Lyn represents individuals and families in serious injury cases involving motor vehicles, dangerous premises and products, medical malpractice and work-related injuries. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, she litigated on behalf of insurers and large corporations. This experience provided an insider’s view to the techniques and strategies they employ, and is an asset she regularly draws upon to maximize the recovery for the firm’s clients.
Lyn earned her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi, is a Registered Neutral in Georgia, and completed the graduate program at the prestigious National Institute of Trial Advocacy. She also served as a Staff Attorney for former Mississippi Supreme Court Justice Michael P. Mills before entering private practice. Lyn is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Mississippi State Bar, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and DeKalb Bar.
