James Culp provides aggressive, experienced representation to U.S. service members and veterans, around the globe, in all aspects of military law to include courts-martial, courts-martial appeals, enlisted separation hearings and officer show cause boards/ boards of inquiry. Mr. Culp has exclusively represented the men and women of the U.S. armed forces for more than 17 consecutive years. He is a combat veteran, a former active duty "JAG" officer, and a former active duty enlisted non-commissioned officer. A graduate of UCLA and the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, Mr. Culp has successfully represented U.S. service members in every type of criminal case imaginable.
