Mark C. Baker, Sr., is a graduate of Memphis State University (BA 1984) and Mississippi College School of Law (with distinction 1987). Mark has been actively practicing law for 27 years and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mark is currently serving his third term as a State Representative in the Mississippi House of Representatives. Mark is currently the Chairman of the Judiciary En Banc and Judiciary A Committees. Mark is also a member of the House Appropriations, Banking and Financial Services, Investigate State Offices, and Transportation Committees.
