Attorney "Quinn" is a seasoned attorney with experience at the trial level and in appellate courts, in both state and federal jurisdictions. He currently has numerous appeals pending in the California Court of Appeal and in the Ninth Circuit, as well as federal writs of habeas corpus in state courts, and in the Federal District Courts.
Quinn was born and raised in Quebec, Canada, and is fluent in French. His first career was as an actor, for seven years traveling with touring companies across Canada for the better part of the 90's. In 1999, Quinn moved to Southern California and never looked back. Following his migration, he returned to college, graduating cum laude California State University, Long Beach, with a B.A. in Philosophy. He then obtained his J.D. from the Fowler School of Law in Orange.
Fresh out of law school, Quinn was hired as an associate attorney for a full-service criminal defense firm in Orange County, where, in addition to litigation in the superior court, he drafted appeals and petitions for writs of habeas corpus in state and federal courts. Thereafter, entered private practice and found immediate success as a litigator and in his appellate practice. Quinn was asked by preeminent appellate specialist Bill Kopeny, to co-author writs in the state and federal courts, as well as appeals, including family law appeals. Quinn worked with Bill until Bill's untimely passing in June 2016.
