Warren Morten was born in South Africa, and after moving several times, eventually settled with his family in Orange County, at the age of 11.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 2002 and came back to Orange County to earn his Juris Doctorate and LLM in Taxation, on a Dean’s Scholarship from The Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2006 and 2007, respectively.
