Larry Simons

Janus Law is named after the Roman god of new beginnings and change. Janus symbolizes transitions, progress, and the duality of looking both forward and backward.

Larry is a member of the California Bar Association, the past president of the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum, and a member of the private panel of Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees for the Central District of California, Riverside Division. 

He is a former chair of the Bankruptcy Law Advisory Commission, which oversees the certification and recertification of legal specialists with the State Bar of California. 

With over 45 years of combined experience, Larry and his partner, Frank Ruggier, have represented individuals and small businesses before the bankruptcy court. They have a track record of representing debtors, creditors, and trustees, and they take pride in offering a quality considerable firm experience at a small price, making their services accessible to all.
