For more than two decades as a trial lawyer, Martin Dolan has earned a reputation for successfully representing the victims of personal injury and wrongful death in state and federal courts. He is known for taking on the most complex, high-profile cases, including civil rights, whistleblower, criminal and professional malpractice cases. He has been the principal attorney and owner of Dolan Law, PC since 1996. Earlier, he was a litigator for a nationally known law firm. For six years, he was a prosecutor for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office in Chicago.
In all, he has personally tried more than 50 cases to verdict in federal and state courts and more than 130 arbitration and bench trials. His success has earned him recognition by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin’s “40 Under 40,” Super Lawyers of Illinois, and Leading Lawyers Network, as well as the highest ranking by his peers in the Martindale-Hubbell American Law Directory. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree of St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and his Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
