Sabra has a variety of legal practice experience starting as an attorney with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps as well as with Legal Services of the Hudson Valley assisting veterans and military families in family law matters in New York. She also set up and ran the circa 2018 Colorado Bar Association Federal Pro Se Clinic in Denver. She currently runs a family practice. Prior to practicing law, she performed a judicial clerkship at the D.C. Superior Court with a criminal and dependency and neglect docket. She enjoys spending time with her family in outdoor activities in beautiful Colorado, such as hiking, skiing and paddle boarding.
Sabra believes in turning change into opportunity. Involvement in family law issues can be stressful, however they also offer the opportunity for a better future. She guides her clients through difficult legal terrain to the bright light at the end of the tunnel. She attempts to reach civil and cost-effective resolution between parties, particularly when children are involved. However, when adversarial litigation is necessary or desired, she is a zealous advocate for her clients, standing up for their rights and advocating for due process. Sabra finds legal solutions to “life problems.”
