Leslie was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina. She attended Anderson University and graduated in 2013 with a major in communications focusing on professional writing and a minor in music performance. Immediately after graduating from Anderson University, Leslie moved to Columbia to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law. While attending law school, she was the Community Outreach Chairperson for South Carolina Against Human Trafficking, a student organization which raised funds to help victims of trafficking get back on their feet. Leslie was sworn into the South Carolina Bar in 2017. Leslie has defended numerous clients against foreclosures, credit reporting issues, and consumer disputes. Leslie is passionate about helping individuals who find themselves wading through the toughest times of their life. She enjoys helping her clients take on banking giants and fighting for the little guy. Leslie also focuses on real estate law, and is happy to work for an office which has performed over 20,000 real estate closings for home purchases, refinances, and home equity lines of credit. She also has been helpful in the personal injury cases that are part of her work. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys focusing on crafts which include sewing, cross-stitching, and turning pens in her woodshop. She also enjoys playing the violin, and has been playing for over nineteen years.
