After graduating Syracuse University College of Law in 2016, where he was on the executive board of the Moot Court Honor Society, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mark Cimino of the New Jersey Tax and Superior Courts, where he assisted Judge Cimino with the drafting of orders and opinions for cases involving tax, secured transactions, and family law matters.
Following his clerkship, Josh joined a New York-based law firm where he litigated cases in the areas of labor & employment, civil rights, and torts and represented clients in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. While in law school, Josh served as a legal intern at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York and the Office of Connecticut Attorney General.
Josh also earned an M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a B.A. in Political Science from The George Washington University.
