An associate in the Orange County office, Faheem Tukhi is a litigator whose practice focuses on defending employers in civil lawsuits and arbitration, and before administrative agencies such as the Labor Commissioner/Department of Labor Standards Enforcement, while also providing advice and counsel to employers regarding their employment practices and policies.
Faheem represents all types of employers, ranging from nationwide retailers, banks, and restaurant chains, to independent companies and family-owned businesses. He has litigated cases of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage/hour issues (unpaid wages, overtime, commissions; meal/rest period violations) in the superior, federal and appellate courts of California and in arbitration. Faheem also represents employers in Trade Secrets matters under the Uniform Trade Secrets Act and in enforcement of California’s Business and Professions Code.
Faheem was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and speaks fluent Farsi (Dari). He earned both his Bachelor and Juris Doctor degrees from Chapman University where he remains an active alumnus, having served four years as a Member of the Board of Directors for the University’s Alumni Association.
