Practice involves construction litigation, primarily representing builders/developers of residential housing, including class action matters, mold/toxic tort litigation, soils subsidence, greenboard, galvanized pipe, copper pipe, concrete, and contract disputes. Construction practice involves drafting of subcontract and indemnity agreements for commercial and residential projects ranging in value from $15 million to $75 million. 

Real property experience includes easement, boundary disputes, real estate purchase agreements and failure to disclose. Insurance defense experience includes personal injury matters (including medical malpractice), professional malpractice, vehicle liability, premises liability, libel/slander, products liability, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith. 10+ Jury Trials. Arbitrator/Mediator, American Arbitration Association (since 2002); Arbitrator for Riverside County Superior Court and Orange County Superior Court, 1994 to present, handling over 150 cases.
