Mary E. Sherlock serves as Of Counsel to the Rehoboth Beach and Wilmington, DE Offices of Reger Rizzo & Darnall. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Sherlock was an active trial lawyer in the insurance defense field for more than 36 years.
During her time as a trial attorney, she successfully tried numerous jury trials throughout the state of Delaware. Currently, Ms. Sherlock focuses her practice on providing alternative dispute resolution services, including mediation and arbitration both in-person and via remote video-conferencing, to members of the legal community throughout Kent and Sussex counties.
She was previously certified as a Superior Court Mediator by the Delaware Superior Court. Ms. Sherlock also serves as a Staff Attorney with the Delaware House of Representatives. In this capacity she drafts legislation and works with Representatives on public policy issue.
