David advises clients in all aspects of estate planning and administration, contract law, business law and real estate closings. He is dedicated to each client’s individual needs as he guides them through the legal process.
In 2007, David served as a judicial intern to First Justice Robert W. Langlois in the Middlesex Probate and Family Court in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The following year he clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office in Denver, Colorado, where he drafted memoranda of law used in the sentencing phase of United States v. Joseph P. Nacchio (the largest insider trading case at the time). Between 2009 and 2011, David served as an Associate at two law firms in Massachusetts. The first position allowed him the opportunity to represent individual and corporate clients in a wide array of business litigation. One year later, he joined the Law Office of Frank Grimaldi in Cambridge, Massachusetts where he focused primarily on family and probate law, as well as estate planning.
Since starting the firm in 2011, David has worked on a wide variety of business law, estate planning, probate, and real estate cases throughout Colorado.
