Robert C. Alston was born and raised in Dade City, Florida, where he attended Pasco High School and graduated with honors. At a young age, he learned the value of hard work while growing up the son of a farmer. Through long hours of working cattle and harvesting citrus he developed a strong work ethic and the desire to help others. After high school, Robert worked in the Dade City area while attending Pasco Hernando Community College where he graduated with Honors. While at PHCC, he served as president of Phi Theta Kappa, a national honor society. He then attended the University of South Florida and St. Leo University, graduating with Honors and earning his Bachelors Degree in Management.
