Attorney
Hallandale Beach, Florida, 33009
I am a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, J.D. 1984 with an undergraduate degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook. From 1985 to 1992, I served as a senior attorney at the Legal Aid Society of the Dade County Bar Association, dedicated to services to the indigent. From 1992 to 1995 I was in private practice serving in both Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Since 1995 I have been a sole practitioner with a busy practice consisting primarily of matrimonial and family law in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, Florida.
I am a recipient of an award for pro bono services in connection with the Miami Dade County Put Something Back Program. I have previously served as an Associate in the First Family Law American Inns of Court in Dade County, Florida since its inception.
Matrimonial Law: Specializing in Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce); Child Custody; Child Support; Paternity; Domestic Violence; Mediation and more. Call us for details.
Board Certified Specialist in Marital & family law. I have been board certified since 1993 & have re-certified every 5 years thereafter; (1998, 2003, 2008, 2013 & 2018). My board certification and almost 35 years' experience as a lawyer can be a tremendous asset as we work together to get the results you need.
While some lawyers limit their clients to men or women, I represent both men and women. Representing both men and women allows me to view all of my cases from both sides and perspectives.
I handle many types of family law cases from high net worth cases to less complicated cases.
If you retain me as your lawyer, I will handle all aspects of your case from our first meeting through the final hearing. I will not delegate your case to an associate or paralegal. My assistants are available to speak to you and work with you, but you will be working with me for court, and all strategy matters.
