Michael Fenimore graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In 2005, he received his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he earned the distinction of Dean’s Scholar and served as a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Department. In 2006, Mr. Fenimore returned to his hometown of Pensacola, Florida. He joined the law firm of Bozeman, Jenkins & Matthews, P.A., where he spent five years representing insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, and other large corporations throughout the State of Florida.
Since 2011, Mr. Fenimore has used his experience in the insurance defense industry to represent individuals injured in automobile accidents exclusively, including slips. He falls, product defect cases, and other cases involving serious accidents and injuries. After founding his law firm in 2014, he quickly developed a reputation as one of the most aggressive and successful personal injury attorneys in Northwest Florida.
In 2017, Mr. Fenimore was honored as a member of Top American Lawyers. This membership is limited to fewer than one percent (1%) of the nation’s lawyers and is bestowed only after nomination and screening via attorney peer review. Since committing to representing only accident victims, Mr. Fenimore has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in personal injury and wrongful death claims resulting from the negligence of others. Mr. Fenimore is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, The Missouri Bar, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the Trial Lawyers’ Section of the Florida Bar, Escambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association, and is an Eagle Member of the Florida Justice Association. He participates in numerous civic organizations and charitable causes, including Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warriors Project, and Fiesta Forces. He is an active St. Ann’s Catholic Church member in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
