More About Peter J. Nosal

Before founding  Nosal & Jeter, LLP, Mr. Nosal was a Solo Practitioner concentrating in Corporate Law, Tax and Estate Planning, and Traffic Law. The partnership with Mr. Jeter allows both attorneys to fully serve clients with business and property interests in South Carolina and North Carolina. In addition to his private legal practice, Mr. Nosal  proudly practices law as a JAG Officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard.

During law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Nosal was a Research Editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Journal. In law school, Mr. Nosal quickly developed an interest and aptitude for tax and business planning courses. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Income Tax and was a student member of the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court. He spent his first summer working for a small litigation firm and his second summer with a larger firm that practiced tax, estate, and business law.Prior to attending law school, Mr. Nosal attended Wake Forest University and was an Officer in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, swimming, and taking his daughter to Deacon and Gamecock football games.
