Attorney David W. Heinlein concentrates his practice at Heinlein Beeler Mingace & Heineman, P.C., on representing those who have been injured through the fault of others. His practice is focused on helping injured individuals though the civil litigation process, from initial case evaluation and investigation through trial and appeal, if necessary. Attorney Heinlein began his legal practice working in the area of insurance defense with a number of prominent Boston firms, including Morrison, Mahoney & Miller.
This insurance defense background provides him valuable insight into the claims handling practices and litigation tactics of civil defendants as he works to obtain full and fair compensation for his clients. Prior to founding Heinlein Beeler Mingace & Heineman, P.C., in 2015, he had been a principal in the firms of Heinlein & Beeler, P.C. and Mitchell, Heinlein & DeSimone.
Since beginning his law practice in 1987, Attorney Heinlein has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various types of cases in the State and Federal Courts. Currently, his practice includes representing personal injury plaintiffs in construction site, negligence, worker's compensation, automobile accident, products liability, medical and nursing home negligence, whistle blower, and civil rights cases.
