Shushan Barsegyan is a founder and partner at Full Circle Business Law. Ms. Barsegyan received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar shortly thereafter. Prior to law school, Ms. Barsegyan attended the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management.
Today, she provides counsel to individuals and businesses with fervent determination and the utmost compassion. Ever mindful of the difficulties that businesses face every day, her chief priority is her clients, which include California LLCs and corporations in a host of industries. She has advised and represented internet tech startups, real estate companies, entertainment companies, product manufacturers and distributors, and online retailers, among others. Shushan has had a lifelong passion for business. In addition to her legal work, she founded Sweet Velvet, Inc., an online clothing boutique prior to attending law school.
