Christine Belcaid represents both local Hawaii and national employers in all aspects of labor and employment law as an Associate at the firm. Her main areas of practice include defending unfair labor practices before the NLRB, countering union organizing efforts, labor arbitration, conducting workplace investigations, and defending employers before the state and federal employment discrimination agencies. In addition, Christine litigates discrimination, retaliation, and wage/hour cases, as well as counsels employers in all areas affecting human resource management, including by drafting and revising employee handbooks. She also has significant experience with FLSA collective actions, tip pooling, and tip credit, and with occupational safety and health matters.
