Mr. Franks represents clients in a variety of commercial, business, and litigation matters. His primary focus is on first and third-party insurance litigation.
Prior to joining Doyen Sebesta & Poelma, LLLP, Mr. Franks practiced in the Corpus Christi area, primarily focusing on third-party insurance litigation, where he gained valuable experience conducting depositions, resolving cases through mediation, and orally arguing in district and county-level courts.
Mr. Franks earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Texas A&M University. After graduating from Texas A&M in 2015, Mr. Franks immediately enrolled in St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio. He graduated from St. Mary’s School of Law in March of 2018 and became a licensed attorney in the State of Texas in November of 2018.
