After graduating from law school, Mr. Kline worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County. He then became an owner of Kline’s Department Store in Chicago Heights. The store was a successful family-owned business. Before opening his own law practice in 1999, Mitch worked as an administrative law judge at the Illinois Human Rights Commission and as a staff attorney at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
