Jordan Marsh has litigated hundreds of cases in his 25-plus years in practice, and has tried 69 jury trials in state and federal court, involving premises liability, automobile accidents, false arrest, malicious prosecution, suicide in custody, intentional infliction of emotional distress, police pursuits, police excessive force, police shootings, failure to provide medical assistance, illegal search and seizures, assault and battery, and wrongful death, with injuries ranging from soft tissue injuries to catastrophic injuries to fatalities.
Jordan has been named one of 40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.
