Defense lawyer Nicholas Sarcone previously served as a trial attorney with the Hillsborough County Public Defender's Office in Tampa, Florida.
Nick has tried many federal and state misdemeanor and felony jury trials in Florida and Iowa. He also handles appellate cases and has argued before the Iowa Supreme Court, the Iowa Court of Appeals and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Nick also attended the prestigious Trial Lawyer’s College in Dubois, Wyoming, where he spent four weeks learning innovative trial skills and techniques with some of the best trial lawyers in the country.
