Jon Dedon spent the first part of his career drafting appellate briefs for Polsinelli as part of their Appellate Litigation Group. Jon has expanded his practice to include real estate, corporate and transactional law. He has substantial litigation experience in professional liability, employment, and commercial litigation as well. He has defended numerous products liability, consumer protection, and discrimination lawsuits, and has represented clients ranging from small local businesses to Fortune-100 companies.
Jon spent the first five years of his career at Polsinelli, where he worked in the appellate litigation, insurance, commercial litigation, and professional liability practice groups. He then practiced at Blake & Uhlig, serving as outside general counsel to labor unions and their associated pension and benefit funds, advising them on compliance with various federal laws and regulations, as well as handling their litigation matters. Prior to his time in private practice, Jon served as a law clerk for the Hon. Duane Benton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
