Brad Pistotnik graduated from Kansas State University in 1978. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Brad’s major was in marketing which is a chief reason he enjoys making various television commercials. He graduated from the University Of Kansas School Of Law and received a Juris Doctorate in the year 1981. Brad has been practicing law in Kansas after being originally licensed in Kansas in 1982. He is licensed in the State Court of the Kansas Bar Association and in the Federal District Court for the District of Kansas. Brad has worked many times in other States Pro Hac Vice to fight for his clients rights. Brad is a member of several organizations such as the Board of Governors of the Kansas Association for Justice. Brad Pistotnik is a member of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers through the American Trial Lawyers Association.
Brad Pistotnik is also a well-known author of two books as well as articles on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations (FMCSR).
