Flora received her BA Degree in Education from Western Kentucky University where she was a teacher prior to receiving her Juris Doctorate from Chase Law School of Northern Kentucky University. She attended college and law school as a single mother working as a waitress, so understands the struggles of her injured clients. Flora Stuart was the first female attorney to represent clients in Bowling Green and blazed the trail for women in law. In 1978 she was appointed Public Advocate of Warren County where she obtained extensive trial experience, including national recognition on Good Morning America and Time Magazine. Recently, Ms. Stuart was featured in the Kentucky Justice Association’s The Advocate. In 2023, the Warren County Bar Association awarded Ms. Stuart the Public Service Award for her contributions to the community. Ms. Stuart is proud to put her 47 years of experience representing the injured. As a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association, this has enabled her to collect millions for her seriously injured clients so they can have a better future. Flora goes to work every day to make a difference in her community and the lives of her clients. When you call you will get a personal representation and an attorney who truly cares.

After receiving her BA in Education from WKU, Flora was a teacher before attending law school. Her passion for education has instilled in her the commitment to providing opportunity to youth in our community. Upon receiving her Juris Doctorate from Chase Law school, she was the only female attorney in Bowling Green practicing law. Unable to obtain a job with any law firm, Flora blazed the trail for female attorneys and women. In 1978 she won her first major trial with her client Marla Pitchford. She was on trial facing 20 years in prison. Flora felt a great kinship with her as a fellow woman. She decided to help her stand up against an unjust world, and the case received national recognition. With her co-counsel Kelly Thompson, Flora and Marla won the case and garnered a victory for women worldwide. Flora has extensive trial experience having served as a public advocate for several years and represented over 50 clients in jury trials with a very high success rate. Flora is passionate in helping her clients recover from the trauma of an accident to ensure they get the medical and financial help that they need with a recovery that gets them back on their feet. She not only serves her clients, but is active in the community, giving back to schools and charities.
