Zachary’s areas of practice include business law, civil litigation, banking, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy. Zachary is a graduate of Transylvania University, where he graduated with honors, and of the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served on both the Moot Court Board and Bankruptcy Moot Court Board.
Zachary has extensive experience representing businesses and financial institutions both in-house and in private practice. Upon graduating law school Zachary accepted a position as associate general counsel to a community bank in his hometown of Inez, Kentucky. Then in 2013 he accepted a position with the firm’s Frankfort office, where he represents creditors and businesses throughout the state in civil litigation, foreclosure and security enforcement actions, and in federal bankruptcy proceedings.
Throughout his career Zachary has been dedicated not only to serving his clients, but also to serving his community and profession. Zachary has served on the Kentucky Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, Executive Board since 2011, and is a frequent speaker and writer on issues ranging from attorney wellness and mindfulness in the law, to more nuts and bolts matters relating to civil litigation and creditors’ rights.
