Mr. Hirschhorn is the founder and owner of the Law offices of Btzalel Hirschhorn, Esq. Prior to the founding of his Queens firm, Btzalel headed the bankruptcy department of a boutique litigation firm where he advised debtors in all phases of Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 bankruptcy from liquidation and restructuring to complex litigation. Btzalel also has extensive experience in civil matters including real estate closings, litigation, and landlord tenant law. He has successfully conducted trials in several courts throughout the City of New York and has argued cases in federal bankruptcy courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Btzalel is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), where he has published for the ABI’s nationally circulated Consumer Bankruptcy Newsletter. Btzalel is a native of South Florida and currently resides in Queens where he is an active member of the Kew Gardens Hills community.
