Stacy Joel Safion

Stacy Safion has practiced law for over 26 years in California.  His firm centers on real estate and consumer law. Mr. Safion has both an active law and real estate practice. His law practice emphasizes property sales; foreclosures and short sales as well as contract law, small business clients, consumer law and creditor and debtor representation.  Mr. Safion is a member of: 

• The Real Estate section of the State Bar of California. 
• Orange County Trial Lawyers Association 
• The Real Estate section of the Orange County Bar Association

Mr. Safion is also a real estate broker. Mr. Safion has formed his own real estate company Stacy, Realtors.He represents both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Mr. Safion is a member of: The National Association of Realtors (NAR) California Association of Realtors (CAR) Orange County Realtors (OCAR). 

He has been certified by the CAR and NAR in short sales. Prior to his admission to the bar, Mr. Safion completed the paralegal program at U.C.L.A. He gained valuable legal experience as a paralegal and as a law clerk at some of the largest and most prestigious law firms in California including O’Melveny & Myers and Rutan & Tucker. Mr. Safion gives each client courteous and personal attention. He will explain the law relating to your particular set of facts and give you an honest evaluation of your case.
