Little Rock, Arkansas, 72205
Heather M. May was an attorney with her own firm until November, 2002, when she joined Tripcony Law Firm, P.A. (now known as Tripcony May) Heather became a partner in March 2012. Heather formerly taught the law portion of concealed carry classes for the Defensive Fire Institute. Heather has taught a divorce recovery class in the fall of 2012.
Heather began practicing in the area of Assisted Reproductive Technology, a growing area of the law, in 2010. Heather has found surrogacy law to be a very rewarding area of the law because it is usually such a happy and joyous occasion for the parties involved, particularly the intended parents. Heather has represented Surrogates and Intended Parents and is familiar with both sides. Heather traveled to Savannah, GA in May of 2017 to speak on assisted reproductive technology in Arkansas at the American Bar Association, Family Law Section meeting. Heather still enjoys practicing in divorce and custody but is very much enjoying the added area of surrogacy and egg donation.
