Jason Litalien grew up in Biddeford, Maine and after serving just under 13 years in the US Air Force, he returned home and opened a restaurant.
After almost 6 years of running a successful restaurant, Jason applied to the University of Maine School of Law and began school the following Fall. He studied many different areas of law to ensure his education was well-rounded and he participated in several student groups and student government.
Jason's practice is focused mostly on business formation, cannabis law, real estate transactions, and estate planning/probate. He has also handled personal injury, trademark, licensing, defamation, divorce, and other civil cases.
