Kush Arora was involved in the DC Law Students in Court program and the Moot Court Society, and he served as an Officer on the South Asian Bar Association. Subsequently, Mr. Arora was an Assistant Public Defender in Montgomery County, Maryland, where he handled a broad range of cases from misdemeanor traffic offenses to serious felonies, successfully representing clients at trial before both judges and juries.
Mr. Arora is state and federally barred in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and he is also licensed to argue cases before the Supreme Court of the United States
