Donald R. For more than three decades, McNeil represented parties in business lawsuits and arbitration, including non-competition matters, closely held shareholder disputes, collection disputes, management disputes, discrimination lawsuits, real estate matters, commercial landlord tenant matters, officer and director litigation, and regulatory issues.
