Ron is a founding partner of the firm. His courtroom skills, experience and passion for justice have earned him the designation of Rising Star, as well as his selection as a Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law and Politics Magazine. To earn this honor, Ron was nominated by attorneys from law firms across Minnesota that were asked to vote for the best lawyers they have observed in action. This distinction placed him in the top 5 percent of Minnesota attorneys practicing in the field of Workers’ Compensation.
Ron is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, an organization dedicated to protecting consumer rights, and is a former President of the Duluth Trial Lawyers’ Association. He believes that service to the community is very important, and shares his talents and leadership skills by serving as a Director and a Commissioner on the boards of regional non-profit and government organizations.
Ron is a Duluth, MN native and Cum Laude graduate of The College of St. Scholastica. He earned his Law degree at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. He and his wife, Julie, currently reside in Duluth with their daughters, and enjoy hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities.
