My name is T.C. Rollins and I’ve been helping people get bankruptcy relief for years. My office helps struggling people file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy to get rid of overwhelming debt and stop harassing phone calls. Over the last ten years, I have filed over 2500 bankruptcy cases. Mississippi has always been my home, and I currently live and work in the central part of the state. Although my base is in Jackson, I handle cases in the entire southern half of the state. I have offices in Ridgeland, Meridian, Hattiesburg and Gulfport.I went to law school at Mississippi College School of Law where I was on the Dean’s List. Originally from Columbus, Mississippi, I attended Mississippi State University where I obtained a business degree focusing on Banking and Finance.
Im not only interested in defending clients, in the past I defended my country. I joined the U.S. Marines immediately after graduating high school and served in the reserves during college. I was deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom and was critically injured when my Humvee rolled over while I was manning the turret machine gun. I was left with a permanent disability and as such, medically retired from the Marines due to my injuries.
I opened The Rollins Law Firm immediately after graduating from law school. My firm has focused on bankruptcy and giving clients a fresh start from the very beginning. Through the years, I have handled both simple and complex cases. I have filed, defended and won bankruptcy lawsuits. My bankruptcy practice is all about helping everyday consumers get their life back on track. We help people who have overpaid for debt get the relief they need to continue providing for their family.
I spend the majority of my time on the phone advising people on how to deal with aggressive creditors. I don’t charge a dime for phone consultations and I enjoy helping people decide if bankruptcy is the right choice for them. Making the decision to file bankruptcy is difficult, but I strive to give people all the information and resources they need to make the right decision. Often times the biggest mistake people make is not calling me sooner.
I am the State Commander for the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Mississippi. My wife is a critical care nurse at University of Mississippi Medical Center, and we belong to Christ United Methodist Church in Jackson. I have two young sons and my family enjoys playing golf and tennis and playing the piano and guitar.
