Dan Morgan was admitted to the State Bar of Montana in 1995, and joined Montana’s federal bar and Bankruptcy Section in 1996, mostly representing debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 cases across the state.

After founding Morgan Law Offices in 2001, Dan expanded his caseload to include creditor rights and Chapter 11 issues. During nearly 30 years of service to Montanans, Dan has educated other Montana lawyers through presentations and lectures at Continuing Legal Education courses, and has served on various bankruptcy committees for the Court and the bar.
