M. Tyler Johnson joined AKC Law in 2018 as an Associate and focuses his practice on Corporate and Business Law. He assists clients with a variety of transactions, including entity formation, business planning, contracts, and general corporate matters. He is also a member of the Special Needs Trust team who focus on helping parents of children with special needs develop a plan that provides for a lifetime of legal, financial, medical, and educational needs.
Tyler is an Omaha native, graduating from Creighton Prep, then moving on to the Wayne State College, where he not only graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, with a dual concentration in Economics and Finance, but also played fullback for the Wayne State Wildcats.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2018, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and received the CALI Excellence Award in Mergers and Acquisitions. Tyler is admitted to practice in Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
