Highly respected attorney Daniel V. Goodsell is a partner in the Las Vegas law firm of Goodsell & Olsen. Mr. Goodsell focuses his efforts on assisting clients from throughout Nevada with a variety of estate planning matters, including probate and out-of-area probate, business succession planning and asset protection. In addition, he advises clients on long-term care solutions and has extensive experience with the formation of nonprofit organizations and charitable trusts.
Mr. Goodsell began his legal career in 1990 after earning his law degree from The University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and his admission to the Utah State Bar. In 2000, the State Bar of Nevada granted him admission. In addition, the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Utah and Nevada have both approved him to practice in their courtrooms, as has the U.S. Tax Court.
In the 25 years that have passed since attorney Goodsell began practicing law, he has earned the respect of the legal community for his professionalism and integrity.
