Daniel McKenna's practice focuses on fighting for the rights of people in New Hampshire and Massachusetts who were injured or treated unjustly. Dan represents individuals in personal injury, medical malpractice, Social Security Disability, employment and other civil litigation cases.
Prior to founding McKenna Law, PLLC, Dan worked at one of the largest medical malpractice law firms in New England, and a personal injury law firm in Manchester, New Hampshire. Dan founded McKenna Law, PLLC, to provide individuals excellent legal services, while providing each person the personalized and individual attention each case deserves.
Dan graduated from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics and a minor in Economics. He received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school he interned for Judge Stephen Abany of the Massachusetts Trial Court. Dan also worked for the Massachusetts Department of Safety working for a number of boards and departments including the Board of Building Regulations and Standards.
Prior to attending law school, Dan was elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives where he sat on the Election Law Committee. Dan currently serves as Chair of the Derry New Hampshire School Board and has served on the Board of Directors for Southern New Hampshire Services.
